Barnyard Millet Mango Phirni with Nutri Couture Trail Mix A creamy, summer-perfect millet dessert made with real mangoes, clean ingredients & a crunchy superfood
  • ¼ cup Barnyard Millet (Sanwa / Jhangora)
  • 1½ cups milk (or almond / coconut milk)
  • ½ cup fresh mango pulp
  • 1½–2 tbsp jaggery powder or date paste
  • ½ tsp cardamom powder
  • 1 tbsp Nutri Couture Trail Mix
    (or Nutri Couture Pumpkin Seeds – lightly roasted)
  • Few saffron strands (optional)
  1. Wash and soak barnyard millet for 20–30 minutes. Drain well.
  2. Grind the Trail Mix into fine powder.
  3. Dry roast lightly, then cook with milk on low flame till soft and creamy, Trail Mix powder.
  4. Add jaggery/date paste and cardamom. Mix well and switch off the flame.
  5. Allow to cool slightly, then gently fold in fresh mango pulp.
  6. Pour into bowls, top with Nutri Couture Trail Mix or Pumpkin Seeds.
  7. Chill for 1–2 hours and serve cold.
  • Add mango pulp only once the mixture is warm (not hot) to avoid curdling.
  • Trail Mix adds crunch + plant protein, while pumpkin seeds boost zinc & immunity.
